Through 15 years of ultra endurance sports competition, I've experienced hundreds of massages and many different massage therapists across several countries to treat my various over-use injuries and help with recovery. I've had some great sports massage therapists and some that just clicked through a 50-minute routine that was relaxing but didn't do much for my injury or recovery. Emma is one of the great ones - by far! Her deep tissue sports massage skills are tops and easily won me over from others in Zurich. She gets high marks from me for helping me recover after a painful knee injury and general body trashing from the 7-stage desert race Marathon des Sables and the 166km Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc.

I go to Emma for massage because via her own experience as a dancer she knows exactly how to work through the muscles. She is able to quickly pinpoint the problem and then knows how to deal with it. Her pressure is strong enough (good for my muscles) and her manner is uncomplicated and friendly. Thank you Emma for your help!

All these years dancing, throwing myself on the floor, jumping on my knees, kicking my legs, arching my back to its limits………… Yes I would say I go to my limits and so does my body. To me it is very important have treatment to help my body to recover from the full on dance training I do everyday. I have had many sports massage therapists, but non like Emma. She finds little muscles that I didn’t even know I had. She locates the muscles that cause problems and makes them relax. I have been going to her for sports massage therapy for a long time now and I couldn’t imagine not having her around. Thank you Emma for your excellent work!

Emma has been my massage therapist since I came to Switzerland to train with the LCZ and I must say she has been a great help to my training and my recovery. I was very lucky to find her as she is one of the best I have had in my athletics track & field carrier and a great massage therapist is hard to find.

As a world traveler I've tried many different massages from various places around the world. Until I entrusted my body into Emma’s excellent hands for the first time, I did not know that massage could really solve muscle problems.
